1. Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to mustangrestorationla.com, related landing pages, digital content, intake experiences, and any communication conducted by Mustang Restoration LA. By using our site or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have verifiable guardian consent) and legally able to enter binding agreements in California.
1.1 Services & Relationship
Mustang Restoration LA acts as an advisory and concierge service. We educate owners about restoration scope, timelines, and shops, and—when requested—introduce owners to independent specialists. We do not sell parts, accept vehicle storage, or operate as a public directory, marketplace, or insurer. Any work performed on a vehicle is covered by the separate work order you sign directly with the chosen shop.
1.2 Quotes, Deposits & Payment Discussions
- Cost ranges we provide are estimates based on information you supply and are not binding quotes.
- Final pricing, deposits, change orders, and warranty terms are governed solely by your agreement with the specialist.
- We may require a consultation fee or refundable deposit to reserve intake time; any such fee will be disclosed in writing before you authorize payment.
- You are responsible for all bank or card fees incurred when sending funds to advisors or shops.
1.3 User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete vehicle, budget, and contact information.
- Upload only photos, videos, or documents you own or have permission to share.
- Maintain the security of any links or portals we provide and promptly notify us of unauthorized use.
- Refrain from reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with site functionality, or using our content for competing services.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including export controls and anti-spam statutes.
1.4 Intellectual Property
All site content, guide data, videos, trade names, trademarks, and custom imagery are owned by Division One LLC or licensed partners. You may download or print materials for personal, non-commercial education. Any republication, automated extraction, or creation of derivative works requires written permission.
1.5 Third-Party Specialists
Shops, appraisers, logistics providers, and financing partners are independent contractors. We vet partners, but decisions to hire remain yours alone. You release Mustang Restoration LAfrom liability for the acts, omissions, workmanship, or policies of any third party and agree to address disputes directly with that party under your signed work order.
1.6 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted site availability, error-free content, or specific restoration outcomes.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of these Terms is limited to the larger of USD $100 or the fees you paid Mustang Restoration LA for the service giving rise to the claim within the preceding six months.
- We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages (including lost profits, vehicle downtime, or diminished value).
1.7 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Division One LLC, its managers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, costs, and attorney fees arising out of your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another party’s rights.
1.8 Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, cancel consultations, or decline introductions if we believe you violated these Terms, provided misleading information, or engage in abusive or unsafe conduct. You may stop using the site at any time, but provisions that protect Mustang Restoration LA’s intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnities, and dispute terms will continue to apply.
1.9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, disputes will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles County, California, on an individual basis. You waive class action and jury trial rights to the fullest extent permitted by law. Either party may seek injunctive relief in state or federal court located in Los Angeles County to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
