TMI Products specializes in manufacturing reproduction interior components for classic Mustangs. When someone says "TMI interior," they usually mean one of three things:

1. TMI complete interior kit:

• Seat covers (front buckets, rear bench)

• Door panels (left and right)

• Carpet kit (with padding)

• Headliner

• Armrests, sun visors, kick panels

• Cost: $2,500-$6,000 for complete kit

2. TMI seat covers:

• Just the upholstery for existing seats

• Front bucket seats

• Rear bench seat

• Cost: $800-$2,000

3. TMI quality level:

• "TMI quality" as shorthand for reproduction parts

• Industry standard for fit and finish

• Not OEM, but close

• Better than cheap alternatives

• Cost: $1,500-$3,000 (but you'll replace it)

The value equation:

TMI costs 2-3x more than cheap alternatives but lasts 3-5x longer and fits infinitely better. Pay once, cry once.
