Mustang Restoration LA Is NOT a Restoration Shop

You acknowledge and agree that Mustang Restoration LA:

• Does not perform automotive repairs, inspections, diagnostics, estimates, or restoration work.
• Does not employ mechanics, technicians, inspectors, or appraisers.
• Does not own, manage, or control any third-party shop or vendor.
• Provides general information only, not professional automotive, legal, or financial advice.

Your use of the Site does not create a business, service, or professional relationship with Division One LLC or Mustang Restoration LA.

2. NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED (CRITICAL DISCLAIMER)

All content on this Site—including cost guides, timelines, assessments, calendars, photos, articles, and recommendations—is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as:

3. THIRD-PARTY SHOPS & REFERRAL RELATIONSHIPS

We may introduce or refer you to independent restoration shops ("Partner Shops"). When doing so:

• We do not guarantee any shop's workmanship, communication, pricing, timelines, or availability.
• We do not supervise, oversee, or control the operations of any Partner Shop.
• Any work performed by a Partner Shop is governed by a separate agreement between you and that shop.
• We are not liable for any damages, disputes, cost variances, delays, or outcomes arising from your engagement with a Partner Shop.

Affiliate Disclosure

Division One LLC may receive compensation, referral fees, or commissions when you choose to work with a Partner Shop. This compensation does not affect our selection of shops, which is based on experience and established relationships.

4. USER SUBMISSIONS (PHOTOS, VEHICLE DETAILS, FORM INPUT)

When you submit photos, descriptions of your vehicle, personal information, or restoration goals ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the rights to all submitted materials.
• Your submissions do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
• Your submissions may be used by us to assess restoration needs or share with Partner Shops for evaluation.

You grant Division One LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process User Content
• Share User Content with Partner Shops
• Use anonymized submissions for educational or marketing purposes (optional — remove if undesired)
• Contact you based on the information submitted

We reserve the right to remove, refuse, or delete User Content at our discretion.

5. EMAILS, COMMUNICATIONS & CONSENT

By submitting any form on the Site, you consent to receive email communications from Division One LLC and Mustang Restoration LA, including:

• Guides and educational resources
• Restoration insights
• Follow-up questions
• Partner Shop introductions
• Promotional or marketing messages

You may unsubscribe at any time.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our maximum liability to any User shall not exceed $0, as users do not pay fees to access the Site.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Division One LLC and Mustang Restoration LA from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

• Your interactions with Partner Shops
